At Whipped, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we will happily replace the item after a quality check and verification of your complaint. The original order must be returned to our kitchen for inspection. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or a voucher as compensation. Please note that if the product has been consumed in an unreasonable manner, we will not be able to offer a refund.
To ensure quick resolution, customers must inform us of any issues within 6 hours of receiving the item. If the product is not returned for quality control, we will be unable to process a refund or replacement. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve this!
